Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of White County Busted Mugshots. By using the site, a visitor agrees to the limits below, including rules for lawful use, outside services, records accuracy, and Fair Credit Reporting Act restrictions.

This is a privately owned reference with no affiliation to a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer report or FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. It points to White County and Arkansas records resources, but it is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

The site is a private directory and explanatory resource. It stores no official arrest, jail, court, or corrections records. It cannot confirm custody, order a release, file a request for a visitor, or act for any public office.

Its pages point toward White County jail and booking resources, Arkansas correctional services, courts, and outside research tools. The originating office remains responsible for its record.

  • Completeness of a partner's search results

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the White County Sheriff's Office or another government agency.

Arkansas Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction within Arkansas.
